Welcome to Hutsy. By using our website, dashboard, or AI Co-Pilot (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Canada to use Hutsy.

2. Subscription & Billing

Hutsy charges a $10 CAD monthly subscription through Stripe.

Payments renew automatically until cancelled in your dashboard (Settings → Subscription).

Refunds are not issued for processed payments.

3. Service Description

Hutsy provides AI-driven credit guidance and access to loan offers from independent lenders. Hutsy is not a bank or direct lender and does not guarantee loan approval.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Use the Services only for personal, lawful purposes.
• Keep login credentials secure.

5. Data Use

All data collection and processing are governed by our Privacy Policy. You authorize Hutsy and its partners to obtain your credit information when you connect accounts.

6. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is.” Hutsy makes no warranties regarding credit improvement, loan approval, or financial outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hutsy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 6 months.

8. Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate your access for misuse or non-payment.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable Canadian federal law.
